Hickory Powder

Hickory refers to the flavor given to foods that have been cooked and smoked over hickory logs or chips, allowing the smoke from the burning wood to permeate the food. This powdered version of hickory adds a nice woody and smoky flavor (without the wood) to seasoning blends, fresh sausage, and many other meats and game.
