While perhaps most associated with Greek food, tzatziki is served across the Mediterranean and Middle East, though sometimes under different names or in slightly different forms.
To make a delicious tsaht-zee-kee, mix 1 Tbsp seasoning with 1 cup Greek yogurt & 3/4 cup grated cucumber for a refreshing dip that goes with everything - from grilled meats & vegetables to crudité & chips.
