Garlic - Granulated

Pungent, sweet, and extremely flavorful, garlic belongs to the same family as onions, chives, leeks and shallots. The granulated and powder forms are very similar, other than the texture and amount needed. If a mouth-feel similar to that of sugar is desired, the granulated form is selected. Great for dry rubs, snack mixes, and toppings (breads, vegetables, and meats).
