Onion - Granulated

Grown extensively worldwide, onion is used in almost every cuisine. The onion bulb is used raw in many applications, but the dried powder, granulated, and chopped forms are much more easily stored and used in most kitchens. Granulated onion is the best all-purpose form, good for sauces, mixes, and cooking.
