Sun-dried Tomato

Favored in gourmet cooking, sundried tomatoes have a concentrated flavor that adds a rich, robust taste to many dishes. Their chewy texture is great for eating raw. While most commonly used in Italian dishes (flavoring pastas, pizza toppings, and sauces), they are also a regular to: appetizers (bruschetta), sauces, sandwiches, and breads. Rehydrate if desired.
